When inside, generously sized rooms, and luxury fittings, fixtures and finishes offer a refined space for living. Just as your lifestyle may change over time, so too can your house, adapting to your needs as you see fit. All of the apartments have either balconies or terrace areas to make the most of their southerly position, and are future-proofed to provide a home adapted to changing needs.
You do not have to go far to sample some Devonshire charm. The Millpool belongs to Stoke Gabriel, a waterside haven with tangles of cottages and a quaint village quay. Whether you are spotting wildlife from a sun dappled river bank, having a lazy lunch in the local, or exploring the surrounding green hills on foot, whiling the day away in Stoke Gabriel is always a pleasure.
Only five miles away is the market town of Totnes, which benefits from a variety of independent cafés and restaurants, and is home to an eclectic mix of shops and handy local amenities. The South Hams is peppered with stunning destinations, from the infamous Dartmouth, to popular Salcombe, the unique River Dart and iconic Burgh Island. The area itself has won more clean water awards than any other district in Britain and is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
