Tracy Edwards, Directors’ Executive Assistant.
Tracy, our Directors’ Executive Assistant, joined Blue Cedar Homes in 2011 and deals with matters relating to the Board as well as supporting our Managing Director Nick Hole. She is also HR assistant to the Personnel Director and deals with all HR administration. She has even found time to go back to school.
Tracy says: “No two days are the same here and I never know what my day will bring. As well as my regular office tasks, I attend the Board meetings, meetings with insurers and with solicitors regarding new sites or plot sales set-up for Blue Cedar Homes developments.
“I am also currently studying for a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management via distance learning and have already passed the first six modules. The Diploma is equivalent to the second year of a degree programme.”
Tracy loves walking at Fingle Bridge near her home, or on Dartmoor, although most of her leisure time is taken up with her two loan horses, Ashley and Impatience.
