Ten years of beautiful homes.

This year is very special for us, as it marks ten years since Blue Cedar Homes was founded. Frustrated by the lack of suitable property options for older family members, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Blue Cedar Homes was established in 2008 and we have come a long way in the decade since.
Three years later, we launched our first development of 11 homes at Budleigh Salterton in Devon. Since then, we have completed 20 developments, 194 individual dwellings, and welcomed 273 residents to beautiful properties in wonderful locations. As I write, we are marketing homes at seven luxury developments and have further sites progressing.
Wherever we build, we always work hard to support the local community. We have sponsored many great causes over the years, ranging from bowling clubs and community shops, to football teams and breast cancer facilities.
Now, our 10th anniversary is the perfect moment to launch the Blue Cedar Homes Community Fund. From Autumn 2018, each locality where we build will receive £5,000 to share among community-nominated causes, entirely separate from any planning obligations. We will invite the chair of each respective parish council to support our decision-making to ensure that the funding is awarded to the organisations that will benefit most.
We are passionate about being a good neighbour and incredibly proud to invite the first round of applications for the Community Fund.
