We are delighted to announce that Stannary Gardens in Chagford, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, has been awarded the Devon Building Control Partnership Building Excellence Award in the ‘Best Large Residential Development’ category.

This comes at a time when the development has also been shortlisted as a finalist for the reputable Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards in the category of ‘Best Small New Housing Development’, as well as making the shortlist for the prestigious Michelmores Property Awards in the category of ‘Residential Project of the Year 40 Units and Under’.

These award ceremonies are an annual recognition of innovative and diverse properties and developments across the South West, and the winners will be announced in the May and June 2017 respectively.
