Managing Director of Blue Cedar Homes Ltd; Director of Eagle One Ltd
Nick joined Eagle One in 1987 as a Chartered Surveyor and, as well as being a Director of Eagle One, is Managing Director of Blue Cedar Homes. With many successful years of experience in property development, Nick is the driving force behind the company’s progress.
Paul Goodes
Director of Blue Cedar Homes Ltd; Managing Director of Eagle One Ltd
Paul Goodes has been with Eagle One since 1990 and is now responsible for the overall management of the group and its financial functions. As Blue Cedar Homes is part of the Eagle One group of companies, Paul is a key member of the Board.
Chris Fayers
Sales and Marketing Director
Chris has been part of the Eagle One group of companies since 1990 as a Chartered Surveyor and is the Director specialising in residential development. As a member of the Board he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Blue Cedar Homes.
Jon Symons
Company Construction Director
Jon has extended his role in the wider Eagle One group of companies to oversee the Construction and Delivery team as a Board member of Blue Cedar Homes. He is responsible for all construction matters and the successful completion of projects.
Simon Tofts
Land and Planning Director
As a qualified Town Planner with a wealth of experience, Simon is responsible for sourcing suitable new sites and then taking them through the complex planning process to development. Simon was appointed a Director in 2020.
Sales, marketing and customer care
Lauren England-Shepherd
Sales and Marketing Manager
Lauren is involved in all aspects of Sales and Marketing, including website development and PR, as well as the coordination and progression of sales. She assists and supports the Sales Director in all matters of this important part of the business.
Construction and delivery
David Millar
Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor
David has responsibility for the management and procurement of all construction projects, to deliver both quality and value. He has 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been based in the South West since 2003.
