Project Community Fund.

Blue Cedar Homes is keen to support and enhance local communities in the locations where it develops.

As part of this community engagement, the company has always endeavoured to support local causes. Previously this has been on a case by case basis, with beneficiaries ranging from book festivals, bowling clubs, community shops, junior football clubs, doctor’s surgeries, local breast cancer facilities and many more.

The company has now set up a fund to be spent locally for every project. The allocation of funds is entirely separate from any planning obligations and commitments.
