Nick Hole
Nick joined Eagle One (previously Rokeagle) in 1987 as a Chartered Surveyor and as well as being a Director of Eagle One is now Managing Director of Blue Cedar Homes. With many succesful years of experience in property development, Nick is the driving force behind the company's progress.
Paul Goodes
Paul Goodes has been with Eagle One since 1990 and is now responsible for the overall management of the Group and its financial functions. As Blue Cedar Homes is part of the Eagle One group of companies, Paul is a key member of the Board.
Mike Shearn
Mike has joined Blue Cedar Homes to manage the company's expansion. Mike's previous experience at a high quality private house building company operating in the South East of England brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Jon Symons
Jon has extended his role in the wider Eagle One group of companies to oversee the construction delivery team as a Board member of Blue Cedar Homes.
Andy Cutler
Andy Cutler joined Eagle One in 1994 and became a Director in 2002. He is now responsible for managing the completed Blue Cedar schemes liaising with the owners and the various estate managers.
Nick Cooper
Nick is a Company Board member and is responsible for land acquisitions.
Nick also runs the Blue Cedar Homes Bristol office covering an area from North Somerset to the South Midlands, across to Oxfordshire and into South Wales. He has worked for house builders in securing development sites since 2000, and brings with him nearly 30 years' experience of the wider property industry.
Simon Tannahill
Simon is a land and planning expert, specialising in housing development in the South West since 2001. Simon has a wealth and diversity of experience in successfully delivering high quality projects.
Matthew Hollands
Matthew's technical knowledge of design and construction in the house building sector enables the company to optimise the company's developments and ensure the best results.
Nick Yeo
Nick joined Blue Cedar Homes as the company was first formed. Having primarily focused on land acquisitions since joining the company, Nick was appointed as Area Director for the Exeter office at the start of 2012. Whilst continuing his focus on site acquisitions, he is now responsible for developments throughout Cornwall, Devon, South Somerset and West Dorset.
Andrew Rowe
Andrew is a qualified town planner, but he has worked specifically within the house building industry since 2002, acquiring sites and successfully progressing projects to delivery. He has an in-depth knowledge of the South West region.

Paul is responsible for Blue Cedar Homes construction projects throughout the South of England. He has over 30 years experience in the building industry with expert knowledge of property development. He manages the developments throughout the construction phase to completion.
Nick Watkins
Nick has specialised in acquiring sites for retirement housing providers since 1996 and brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts throughout the South of England. He applies his local knowledge to acquire sites for Blue Cedar Homes throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and Sussex.
Kirt Robertson
Kirt started his career in the residential property sector in his native Australia, but since 2002 he has worked in England focusing principally on residential development land and project managing the planning and design stages of the development process.
