The Gardens at Park Lane, Budleigh Salterton along with Mill Gardens and Salcombe Gardens in Sidmouth were officially opened by presenter and journalist Jennie Bond in September 2015 and, since then, all of the 31 properties have been sold.
Mrs Emmett, who bought a house at Mill Gardens in Sidmouth said; “I’m so happy in my Blue Cedar Home. The design is attractive outside and inside. All fittings are high quality and adaptable for any health changes in future, if necessary. For me this is my retirement paradise.”
