Growing Gracefully this Autumn 

As we approach the colder months of 2019, we reflect on a successful summer and welcome new homeowners into our recently completed, bespoke developments. We are set for another busy year in 2020, creating homes in sought-after locations across the South and South West of the UK.

We currently have eight developments with homes available to reserve in Gloucestershire, Devon, Cornwall and Oxfordshire. They include: Camaret Gardens in St Ives, Cornwall; Kelly Gardens in Tavistock, West Devon; The Millpool in Stoke Gabriel in the South Hams, Devon;  Stannary Gardens, Dartmoor National Park, Devon; Fairway Gardens in Sparkwell, Devon; Southmoor Gardens, Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor, Oxfordshire; Cotswold Gardens in Willersey near Broadway, Gloucestershire; and Tannery Gardens in Bampton, Oxfordshire.

We have had a summer of soaring sales at our Sparkwell site, Fairway Gardens, which is located on the edge of a golf course, just a stone’s throw away from the wild open moorlands of Dartmoor.

Finishing touches are being made to The Millpool in the South Hams. Discerning house buyers are invited to register their interest in the delightful development and viewings are now underway. Visitors can admire the expansive waterside views as they envisage living their later life in this unique location.
