Luxury homes almost ready at age-exclusive development in East Devon.

Construction work is drawing to a close on 10 new homes at a luxury retirement development in the East Devon woodland village of West Hill.

Oak Tree Gardens, built specifically for the over 55s by Exeter-based Blue Cedar Homes, is set to be completed early 2017. This exclusive development comprises of 10 detached homes centred around landscape gardens, just a short walk away from the village centre.
