A trio of people to introduce you to in this issue – all key members of our team who liaise with our Blue Cedar Homes customers.
Kevin Saunders
Customer Care Manager
Kevin is responsible for ensuring Blue Cedar Homes delivers the best customer service possible. He brings over 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry and throughout his career has picked up more than his fair share of prestigious industry awards. Kevin is implementing new systems at Blue Cedar Homes to improve the customer experience and says: “With a supportive team around me, we are able to give our customers the highest standard of home they deserve in their retirement.”
Angela Grace
Sales and Customer Relations Manager
Angela’s role spans the entire customer journey, from the initial contact with customers through to legal completion and all the milestones in between. She oversees relationships with customers and keeps customers updated on the latest news. Yoga enthusiast, Angela, has been working in the new homes industry for over 15 years and explains why she recently joined Blue Cedar Homes: “I love the diversity of the role. I am proud to be working with such high quality, premium homes, where every element has been so carefully considered and designed to make later living comfortable and easy.”
Jo Carpenter
PA to Sales & Marketing Director and Sales Administrator
When customers enquire about developments, it is often Jo they will first speak to. Jo recently joined our team and brings more than eight years’ experience in the new homes industry to her role. Outside work, Jo enjoys spending time with new puppy Mabel and explains why she joined Blue Cedar Homes: “The concept of Blue Cedar Homes is like no other new homes provider I have ever worked for. Each development is completely finished before selling commences which means that customers are able to get a real feel for what they are buying into.”
