Nick Yeo, Area Director, joined Eagle One in 2007 to work with Managing Director Nick Hole to launch Blue Cedar Homes. Nick is now a company Director and Board Member. Nick’s primary responsibility is to source new development opportunities and to deliver planning permissions out of the Exeter Office, which covers Devon, Cornwall, South Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Nick says: “I spend a great deal of time looking at drawings and evolving the plans for our forthcoming development sites, either improving house designs or overall scheme layouts.  I am also responsible for project managing the progress of sites through the planning application process.

“I have just obtained a resolution to grant Outline Planning Permission for a new Blue Cedar Homes site at Topsham in Devon, which is very exciting. I am now working on the detailed designs for that scheme and hope to have it approved in the spring of next year. I relish the design part of my job, seeing developments built that we can be proud of and property that people will love living in.”

Nick’s spare time is spent exploring the great outdoors with his family – wife Eleanor and two children, Sebastian, 9 and Matilda, 7. Nick is also a big rugby fan and regularly attends Exeter Chiefs’ matches.
