An impressive £50,000 was raised for local charities at Exeter’s annual property ball, sponsored by Blue Cedar Homes.
This year’s ball came complete with funfair rides, tepee, cocktail bar, steel band, sports cars and a speed boat and entertained over 650 guests from across the Exeter business community.
The night also included a charity auction, which included luxurious prizes such as a meal cooked at the winner’s home by Michael Caines MBE, helicopter ride and lunch at Lympstone Manor and an evening with the Exeter Chiefs and England player Henry Slade and friends.
Funds raised at the event will contribute towards a number of community initiatives and charities including Parkinson’s UK and Force Cancer Charity.
Other sponsors of the ball included Eagle One, M J Stevens and Natwest.
Director at Blue Cedar Homes, Chris Fayers who attended the event said: “It was a fantastic evening which saw a whole range of Exeter businesses come together to support some truly brilliant causes.
“As an Exeter-based company Blue Cedar Homes is keen to support initiatives which provide support to people locally and the money raised from the Property Ball will do just that.”
