Happy new resident at Kelly Gardens in Tavistock, Anne Leader, had been living in Basingstoke, Hampshire but yearned to move to the south west to be closer to her brother and two sisters, who live in Newton Abbot, Devon, and Launceston, Cornwall respectively.
